Can you explain why the --force flag is necessary?

site-builder update --force is not the same as walrus store --force anymore (we should really update the name).

--force on the site builder just calls again store , even for resources that are unchanged locally compared to on-chain. Since the walrus CLI will check the status before storing, it will register a new blob only if the number of epochs stored is too low.

This way, we ensure that all the resources that are present on the site are stored for at least the quested number of epochs ahead.
